Use this form to request an official copy of your ACC transcript. You should request an ACC transcript if you have completed a Jones/NCTI college course since 1998 and you wish to transfer your credits to another school.

Use this form if you wish to get “pre-approval” for courses you would like to take from a college/university but want to make sure it will transfer into the Jones/NCTI College Program “before” you take the outside course. Jones/NCTI's College Program is a partnership with Arapahoe Community College (ACC), therefore, ACC must pre-approve the courses in order to transfer into ACC. First, complete the form with the information listed regarding the courses you wish to take at another college/university. Lastly, send the Course Pre-approval form to ACC including ALL supporting documentation.
